Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) can be very useful to evaluate potential environmental risks associated with a property. Higgins has conducted hundreds of assessments, ranging from vacant lots to oil and gas production fields consisting of hundreds of wells.

Our extensive experience has allowed us to develop procedures and checklists which allow us to perform the assessments in compressed time frames and still be cost effective.

Environmental impacts may adversely affect the planned use of a property or result in unexpected liability to a property owner/operator.  Higgins gives the client the information needed to make an informed decision.

Most Phase I assessments adhere to a scope of work set by the industry standard methods of ASTM E1527-13. However Phase I assessments can come in many forms and scopes of work which are prepared based on the needs of the client.
